Atom AA, U11/U10, 2018-2019 (Aurora Minor Hockey)

On Sunday December 23, 2018, the Aurora Tigers Atom AA team welcomed Mr. Edward Rozalowsky as a guest coach in our game with Barrie.  Mr. Rozalowsky's coaching experience started in 1983 and carried through to 1995.  In that time, he has coached his teams to the All Ontario Finals 4 years in a row and won a Silver Stick Championship.  He was awarded the Frank Jones Coach of the Year in the 1990-1991 and the 1991-1992 seasons.  In one season his team recorded an astounding 69 wins, zero losses and one tie along with capturing an OMHA championship.

The Atom AA Tigers and their families have a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving weekend. The Atom AA Tigers played in the Halton Hills Best of the Best Tournament, and earned the title "Best of the Best".  In the round robin the Tigers played the Burlington Jr. Cougars, Belle River Jr. Canadiens, Hamilton Huskies and the Orangeville Flyers, and their exceptional team play determined their success as they finished first overall with four wins.

The 2018-19 Atom AA season has just started and already the team is in full-swing. After a fun-filled weekend training camp at Teen Ranch and some exhibition games early in the season, the team is ready to hit the ice for the regular season! Good luck boys, and as always GO TIGERS GO!!!

The Atom AA team staff is hoping that our players have been enjoying their summer and time away from the rink. The 2018-2019 season is fast approaching and we are looking forward to seeing all of the Atom AA players at our training camp in September... until then enjoy some fun in the sun, and see you in a few weeks!
