Honsberger Baseline Concussion
As
discussed at the Parents Meeting, the team staff has mandated Baseline
Concussion Testing for all players of the Peewee AE Team for the 2017-18
Season. Testing will be completed through Honsberger Physiotherapy and
the expense is covered through the team budget.
New this year, Honsberger now has the Baseline Concussion Testing Equipment at their Aurora Office which should make it more convenient for families to get the testing completed. Please contact the Aurora Office to book an appointment and ensure you provide the correct team name (Tigers Major Peewee AE).

Please ensure you make an appointment to have your player's Baseline Concussion Test completed before August 18th. Any players who do not complete their test before this date will not be allowed to continue with on-ice participation (games, practises, etc).
Note: I would strongly suggest not leaving the booking to mid August, as some families had difficulty securing last-minute appointments last year.
