New Posting to Our YouTube Channel
Well we have had two dryland sessions and we our starting to round into form.  As you know we have our Puck and Ball Challenge and so far the results have been strong.  In conjunction with that challenge we are working on specific skills at dryland as well as team play. 

Last session, Coach Peter demonstrated stick handling techniques, that video has been added to our Youtube channel.  http://youtu.be/KmF40wWxQMQ please refer to this demonstration to reinforce the stick handling skills we need to improve.  Lastly, remember that we are now shooting our wrist shots with the heavy pucks.
