Nominate a player for the Above & Beyond The Game Award
Awarded by the Aurora
Minor Hockey Association in recognition of the
player that has
demonstrated outstanding character going above and
beyond the game of
hockey.
The Aurora Minor Hockey Association is now accepting nominations for any player who has exhibited exemplary qualities that go Above & Beyond the Game of Hockey.
The recipient of the award must play house league or rep hockey and must have demonstrated outstanding citizenship, compassion and humanitarianism through contributions to the local community, people or organizations in need or showed exemplary behaviour on and off the ice by either overcoming great obstacles/challenges within the year or has been a strong team mentor and leader.
This special award will be given out at the end of the season hockey banquets.

· the player's name, team and coach
· the name of the person nominating the player and their phone number
· explain in detail why this player should be nominated
