Importance of Early Registration

While we are all going through these difficult times and the least thing on our minds is registering for hockey, the important aspect for us though, is that we need to know how many players we have registering for each division. This information is also important so that we know how much Ice we are securing from the Town for the season as well as how many sets of jerseys we need to purchase for these teams. This all begins now. If you know that your child is going to play this season, we strongly suggest that you register early to help us plan appropriately. This year is very unique with all that is going on.

In light of what is going on with Covid19 we have extended our payment options when paying by cheque. You may divide your payment in 5 equal instalments commencing May 20, 2020 as your first payment and subsequently, monthly up to September 20, 2020. When registering online, you will need to choose the Cheque Option when checking out IF you want this payment plan otherwise, you can pay in full by credit card online. There is a mailslot located at the Aurora Community Centre #1 outside of the Hockey Office where cheques can be put in an envelope for us to retrieve. Please ensure that the first and last name of your player(s) is on the cheque memo line.

Online Registration will open April 15, 2020

Please go to the Registration Tab at the top of our website to access online registration.

You must have an account with Hockey Canada’s online Registration System in order to register with this Association. If you are new to the Aurora MHA, you will need to register in person the first time or by contacting us by email at [email protected]  If you need more information, email or call 905-727-1480 and leave a message. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Passports will be available starting June 1, 2020. Players trying out must be registered with Aurora MHA prior to purchasing a passport. You must be a resident of Aurora to tryout for Rep AA,A, AE/ MD and have purchased the passport online. We will accept NRP players with proper NRP forms from their Home Centre at the AA level from U12 and above. NRP players must also purchase a passport, but do not have to register for the season with AMHA until they are selected on a team.
