Under Public Health guidelines we are able to accept players from other Public Health Units if they are in the same colour zone or better.
Entry into tournament(s) is only reserved with a registration form and full payment or non-refundable deposit (per entry).
Entry is not reserved If:
a) Registration form completed; but no deposit payment (10% of tournament fee)
b) Registration form is not completed full
c) Full payment/balance must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the tournament
Refund Policy:
Deposits will not be refunded 3 weeks prior to the tournament
If less than 1 week before - only 50% will be refunded
COVID Refund Policy: If the tournament is canceled due to government regulations, we will be issuing a full refund

Since we are in "uncertain" times with that dreadful 5 letter word... I would suggest getting your block of rooms and confirming with the hotel when you block them, that we are under OHF rules regarding playing and at what point are teams allowed to cancel blocks due to potential cancellation of the tournament.
