Peewee A takes home GOLD!
A big congratulations to the
Aurora Tigers Peewee A team on their gold medal win!
The team battled in the CCM World Invite in
Sarnia/Port Huron on November 2nd-4th and came home with a
Championship.
In the round robin the Tigers played 4 teams from all across the USA. The Chicago Stallions, the Vipers Peewee, Orland Park Vikings and the USA Patriots, and their exceptional team play determined their success as they finished first overall with four wins and zero goals against.
Advancing to the semi-finals, the Tigers battled the Halton Hills Thunder claiming victory 5-1 and advancing to the championship. They faced the Vipers Peewee again in the finals and won 6-0 taking home the gold medal.
Congratulations to all of the players on their determination and teamwork. This team of athletes played strong and respectful while representing our team and country.
