Summer Training
Roy has been working hard to help our players with their fitness and direct them towards healthy lifestyles. With this in mind he has set up some dry land training for the players that will begin on August 1st and run every Tuesday until the beginning of the season. These training sessions will be run outside the Aurora Sports Dome at 7:00 p.m.
I look forward to seeing the players out Tuesday evenings.
