March Madness House League
Tournament (March 3-5, 2017)
Volunteers are needed to help at our upcoming March Madness Tournament, which
is being held Friday, March 3rd through Sunday, March 4th at both the Aurora
Community Centre (ACC) and Stronach Aurora Recreation Complex (SARC) arenas.
We are seeking adult volunteers at the two tournament venues (ACC and SARC) to represent the AMHA as the host of the tournament; to monitor game sheet completion by teams; to answer any questions; and, to relay scores.
Approximate times are, as follows (although any time that can be volunteered is greatly appreciated):
Assistance at SARC between game times:
Friday 10:00 am to 8:30 pm
Saturday 10 am to 9:30 pm
Sunday 8 am to 2 pm
OR
Assistance at ACC between game times:
Friday 10 am – 8 pm
Saturday 7 am - 9:45 pm
Sunday 7 am – 7 pm
