It is a very exciting time of the year. Players get the chance to display their fine tuned hockey skills against formidable opponents, who also have been practicing all season. However, secondary to the unpredictability of playoff schedules, time management and healthy habits now become even more important.
Please do not put off studying for tests or completing assignments until the very "last minute". In addition, getting proper rest and healthy eating habits will allow you to recover for the next big game. Your team needs you; therefore, please do all that you can to put yourself in good physical and mental shape so that you can perform at your very best.
