Our final tryout on Thursday night is an exhibition game with the Markham Waxers Minor Bantam A team.
I ask that all players come to the rink following the AMHA dress code - shirt and tie, black pants, black shoes, and a Tiger jacket of their choice.
Please have your son bring his
black Tiger jersey from last season to wear in the game. Markham will be wearing their whites.
The game will be NON-CONTACT - I will speak with the referees prior to the game to advise them. Markham has already been advised of this.
Upon checking in at ACC2, I will be asking a number of players to not participate in our exhibition game.
These players are all unanimous selections based on the evaluation committee's feedback. I will ask these selected players to gather in ACC1 until the start of our game and then come to ACC2 once the game begins in order to keep distractions to a minimum. I am doing this to ensure those players still competing for a roster spot get ample opportunity to showcase their skill, determination, and effort tomorrow night.
I will be emailing some of you to obtain your son's jersey number from last season in an attempt to avoid any duplication.
