The Novice AA Team won the Richmond Hill
Stars AA Early Bird Tournament, held from September 9th to 11th, 2016.
In round robin play, the Tigers won two games and tied two games, which allowed them to advance to the semi-finals on Sunday morning. The semi-final game was full of excitement, with the Tigers winning in overtime, 2-1, against a game Halton Hills team. The championship game was a battle between the Nickel City Jr. Sons from Sudbury and the Aurora Tigers. It was a great game and the Tigers emerged victorious, 2-0, winning the championship. Way to go Tigers!
