Arrival Times
Practices:
Players are expected to arrive 30 minutes prior to practice time.
Players can do their own warm-up routine as Keith demonstrated at Training Camp.
Players will dress for practice and listen to pre-practice discussion of drills.
Games:
Players are expected to arrive 45 minutes prior to game time.
Players will change into warm-up gear: dry-fit shirt, shorts and runners.
Players will do team warm-up together with Keith.
Players will dress for the game and be ready for pre-game discussions.
